“The ideas named in the Seven Tenets of Thriving are active in the transformational process I'm currently undergoing, particularly that around safety and connection.”

“Thriving and Joy as a state, a being within, and a result of living out these tenants have been deeply felt through and since our last class, I think for the first time. I could not help but notice how points of (perceived) weakness or limitation became areas which allowed me to indeed, thrive.”
