Living in Right Relationship: Wisdom from the Hashemite Mares on Belonging and Relational Leadership

In the deserts of Jordan, a lineage of Hashemite mares carry teachings about what it means to live in right relationship—with self, with one another, and with the living world.

These teachings challenge the modern, linear, hierarchical worldview that has shaped much of contemporary society. Instead, they point toward a different orientation: one of empathic interbeing, a state in which worth is inherent, connection is reciprocal, and friendship with the surrounding world becomes our natural way of life.

In this profound and experiential session, renowened animal communicator and educator Emelie Cajsdotter shares the wisdom transmitted through these mares, seven essential "lines" of remembering that guide us back to our own immeasurable inner worth.

This is an invitation to relcaim a deeper state of being, one that moves us out of domestication and back into relational intelligence.

At EQUUS, we understand that leadership is not dominance. It is coherence. It is belonging. It is service with a larger field of life.

Together, we will explore what becomes possible when we return to our original nature.
