Reclaiming Your Self Agency in a World that Wants to Tame You –  an uncommon assertiveness course for people who care.

This intensive fourteen-week course co-facilitated by EQUUS CEO Kelly Wendorf and EQUUS Faculty Adam Ramcharan is designed to assist individuals to navigate the complicated world of human dynamics with forthcoming, transparent, and respectful self-agency, and self-care.

We are not taught how to express ourselves authentically, nor express our boundaries harmoniously. Interpersonal dynamics become stressful, and important opportunities are lost. If left unchanged, this leads to depression, isolation, resentment and a haunting sense that something more is possible. If you are ready to move outside of your comfort zones and enter into the raw and wild places where change truly happens, then this game-changing course is for you.

Classes are weekly for two hours, with light homework and assignments in between.

What Our Clients Are Saying

“The course provided a tremendous amount of validation for me. It helped me shed old imprints and past experiences that no longer served me. The homework, videos, and various content were incredibly helpful in reinforcing this validation. I felt seen, heard, understood, and empowered to take up space and use my voice.”

- Laura L.

“One of the most impactful lessons was about the 'felt sense.' Learning to connect with my felt sense, not as something to run from, but as a source of wisdom, was transformative. I now use this awareness regularly. This course has truly empowered me and equipped me with tools to honor and trust my inner experiences. ”

- Heather G.
