AI and You - Navigating Artificial Intelligence with Wisdom and Discernment

Join EQUUS guest facilitator (and EQUUS Experience Facilitator in training) Natalie Byrne, Founder of Blank Space, in an uncommon and deeply human conversation about AI. One that just might leave you feeling more hopeful, grounded, and inspired.

Together, we'll explore what it means to stay deeply human as technology accelerates and reshapes our world. What does being more human look like in the age of AI? What will leaders need in order to thrive, not just function, in the future?

Rooted in the belief that the future belongs to those who lead with heart and humanness, this spotlight session is an invitation to pause, reflect, and name the qualities and practices that will carry us forward. Natalie explores the intersection of AI and nature, offering a reframing of AI not as something to resist, but as a potential gift. One that can help clear away noise and return us to presence, creativity, connection, and care.

Through this lens, technology becomes a tool to re-center us around what is uniquely human, while nature and horses serve as partners and guides in reconnecting us to ourselves, our leadership, and our shared humanity.

Join us for a session that invites you to lead and live from a more human place.

Meet Your Facilitators

Natalie Byrne

EQUUS Guest Facilitator

Natalie Byrne is on a mission to inspire audiences to find their purpose and use it to build a better world. As founder of ‘Blank Space’, an impact and communications firm, she leads strategy for Fortune 500s, global brands, foundations, funders, celebrities, and thought leaders. We move clients forward into the blank space to discover their purpose, then scale their business, foundation, or platform to ultimately create a legacy that has a positive impact on the world. Byrne’s original voice and bold take on our collective roles in society helps lead us from where we are to where we want to be. Most recently, Natalie launched BE Human, an initiative that invites leaders to reframe AI as a gift that frees us to return to what makes us uniquely human: presence, creativity, connection, and care. BE Human presents us with a moment of reflection and asks each of us - what does it means to be human in the age of AI.
